How to apply?
You can apply through the form below.
Once we receive your application, we will contact you to plan an intake.
The foodbank will then make a decision whether you qualify to receive our help.
If you qualify, you will be able to get groceries from us once a week.
After 6 months, we will reevaluate your situation.

Do you want to apply for help from the food bank?
Please fill in the following form. After your application you will receive a confirmation email. We will process your application as soon as possible (usually within a week) and invite you for an intake.

Documents to bring along to your intake
To save time, it helps to bring all relevant information with you to the intake meeting. Please bring the following:
Your last salary slip or a statement of your most recent social security payment.
Bank statements of the past two months.
An overview of any debts (if applicable) you are in the process of paying off.
If you are under administration or budget management, please bring an overview of the account that is managed by this administrator or budget manager and your budget plan.
Are you unable to bring printed copies of the above?
In this case, please bring the relevant login codes for your online banking account, and, if applicable, your budget management account. You can then log in to these accounts on one of our computers and print out this required information. Without insight in your financial situation, we cannot accept you as a client.
If you are unable to provide an overview of your financial situation, we may make an exception and give you a card for one month, so you can get groceries during this time while you work on getting your financial overview sorted.
What happens if you do not qualify for the food bank?
If you are in a difficult financial situation, it can be hard to focus on anything else than survival, and to work on a plan to improve the situation long-term. It can be difficult to see where and how to start solving the problems. Our intake team knows the people and organizations that can help you. Even if you do not currently qualify for our help, it can still be helpful to speak with someone who can advise you on how to solve your financial problems.
